چکیده
This study aims to find out how the effect of quality service on customer satisfaction in handlingtravel documents Tara tour during holiday period Eid Al-Fitr 2018. uses descriptive methodswith qualitative approach, namely transforming raw data into a form that is easy understand andinterpret, as well composing, manipulating and presenting order become information. The results thisstudy show there are several aspects affect service, physical evidence,aspects reliability, responsiveness, assurance empathy. From ofthis study, findings handling from aspect evidence(tangible) by 69%, reliability (reliability) of73%, responsiveness (responsiveness) 72%,customer (assurance) 84% customersatisfaction empathy (empathy) 84%.
